Need help on 95 honda civic motor?

hi there!!! i need help!!!! the other day i was looking over my 95 honda civic ex and i took one of the spark wire off and i forgot to put it back on. I drove around the block and it misfire than the car shut down on me and i can hear the distributor turnwhile it shut down. so i put the spark wire back on and i start it... and it start back up step on the gas again it was running normal for a few sec than it jump back dieing, start it back up and step on the gas for a few sec it it shut down so now the car is not starting. Any suggest to check Im thinking it's off timing but i might be wrong. I hope i did mess up the motor HELP
