84 ford 250 electrical problem?

ok i am getting spark to the distributor cap(inside middle) but not getting it to the outside were the spark plug wires go. now the ignition module was replace a year ago and the stator was replaced yesterday. i got it to start once, what could be the problem of why it wont start again.
