not turning over has nothing to do with a tune up, even if you missed the firing order or didn't put cap on at all the engine should still turn over. sounds like a bad connection at battery or maby a starter issue, wouldn't think battery because you were starting it before, unless you have been having a issue with it. maby ignition switch. if suspect ignition switch. use test light to probe small trigger wire on starter, if the wire lights the test light while turning the ignition on then not ignition switch.
