Whining coming from the distributor on my 02 sonoma?

it happens for 5-10 minutes after i start my truck. it sounds like it coming from the distributor and when i put my hand on the distributor it vibrates in coordination with the whining. so i assume it is the distributor. does this make sense with anyone else who has had a distributor changed? how much for labor and parts?

I want to do a tune on my 1992 Honda Civic LX 4 door sedan?

Im pretty sure its due for one, it has 114,500 miles on it. with the 4 speed automatic transmission and the 1.5L 4cyl. I am going to get NgK plugs and wires as well as Yec cap and rotor and a new distributor cap. as well as a dural last gold battery and a k&n air filter. i just had an oil change not even 500 miles ago and new tires as well. any other suggestions to get best mpg and power?

Car has hard time starting,?

1997 volvo 850r, true mileage unknown. Car has hard time starting, sometimes it fires right up and sometimes it takes several minutes of trying. When it does fire up, it runs beautiful with no issues. I am getting NO check engine light. So far I have replaced, plugs, wires, distributor cap, rotor, ignition coil, crankshaft position sensor, camshaft position sensor and I am getting ready to do fuel filter tonight (never replaced). Fuel pressure is good and all relays are ok. Somehow I doubt that the fuel filter is the problem but could it be? any other suggestions?

Help! Foot problems after 2 years?

I broke my foot 2 years ago on the side of my foot in 3 places. The Dr. put a soft cast on for only a week. 2 years later my foot is swollen where I broke it and I have pain when I put too much pressure on it.My foot also leans inwards wrecking my shoes and causing me to actually fall. I'm scared the dr will have to break it or somehting, Help!

Can't decide between buying a microwave or a toaster oven?

I'm leaning towards the toaster oven.. But anything that can be cooked in a microwave can be cooked in a toaster oven right? Which one do you think I should buy?

i have a 2002 astro van it will not run if it is wet or been wet what may cause that im thinkin the distrubitor corect? if posssible were may i find the distributor on the motor?
