Am I entitled to get money back from Paypal for tickets I sold on eBay?

What? Why would ebay/paypal be liable because you bought tickets you cannot use? It has nothing to do with them. Nothing in your PayPal agreement says they guarantee you will be able to sell anything. If you can't provide the tickets, you can't sell them, and that has NOTHING to do with PayPal
